A whole range of relationship challenges can be overcome through education and the removal of the unconscious triggers. Even those that might seem overwhelming or impossible. These may be to do with communication, grief and loss, past and current trauma, confidence or anger and abuse. We will identify what you want to change about your relationship, identify the root causes and then work to remove or dissolve those.
We will set you up to make effective long-term changes. As with all therapy, mentoring or coaching, and even the gym, you will only get out, what you put in. Booking a session means you have already decided you want to make change, which is a big and smart step. Together we will identify the changes you want to make and then apply the strategies to get there. It may be challenging at times, but if you stick with it, the results can be truly amazing…believe me…and your children will be forever grateful to you!
My services are open to anyone, but most of my clients are men that have relationship issues and heading for separation or divorce. They have children and are around 35 years of age or older. Some have experienced previous relationship or family breakups, previous trauma. Some have had long-term struggles with anger. Some are just looking for a fresh perspective.
The people I work with are committed and seeking the tools to move forward personally or in their relationship, for building resilience, understanding and long-lasting positive changes. They have already decided to deal with their anger, fear, sadness or grief, that are creating their challenges.
Younger people can also benefit from my Mentoring. I have worked with people of all ages, from those in youth services and high schools, all the way through to those in aged care. I work with anyone who is serious about making changes to improve the quality of their life and relationships.
Sessions generally run for approx. 90 minutes. Additional fees will apply to sessions over 120mins.
‘Profound’ results from this type of Therapy will require a commitment of around 3-5 sessions. This varies between each person or couple, depending on their discipline. We work together to determine how long sessions will go for. The more effort you put in, the better the outcome. However, the processes I use are very powerful and profound results have been seen after one or two session.
It depends on your current situation. A good example is one sessions per week in the initial stages, then once per week, extending to once every two weeks in the latter stages.
I only take a limited number of clients. The quality of the sessions come from over three decades of research, personal application and professional experience. Session packages vary in cost, depending on the amount of sessions required.
Yes. I do sessions via Mobile, WhatsApp, Zoom or Messenger, whatever is suitable for your needs.
Yes. Face to face sessions will only take place in person if it is deemed safe to do so based on the latest health advice. My Warrnambool premises undergoes regular cleaning and is cleansed thoroughly after each session. However, the majority of my clients are Australia-wide and have online Zoom session.
